We will not tell you we can guarantee a ChatGPT citation. Nobody can. Generative systems do not expose a ranking algorithm, results vary between sessions for the same prompt, and the models change without notice. Any agency promising guaranteed AI visibility is describing something they cannot control.
What we can say with confidence is what correlates. Brands that get cited tend to have crawlable, fast sites; content that answers a question directly in the first paragraph rather than after four hundred words of preamble; consistent naming of themselves, their services and their locations across the web; structured data that matches the visible content; and independent third-party sources talking about them. None of that is speculative — it is the same credibility signal chain that has always mattered, applied to a new retrieval surface.
The other thing worth saying plainly: publishing large volumes of AI-written content to chase AI visibility works against you. Thin, undifferentiated content is exactly what these systems are tuned to skip, and at scale it damages the site-level quality signals that your genuinely useful pages depend on. We use AI heavily for auditing, structuring and testing. We do not use it to mass-produce articles, and we will argue against it if that is what you are hoping to buy.
